The Dallas County Fair Association offers a variety of facilities for rent. Options include the Community Building, Varied Industries Building, Livestock Building, and Entertainment Plaza.

Community Building
$500 per day
($250 Additional Days)
Houses static exhibits during Fair. 60’ x 72’ with concrete floor, completely enclosed with 2 indoor restrooms, heated and cooled. Furniture available – 300 chairs – 10 – 8’ rectangular tables, 50 – 60” round tables. Excellent spot for wedding receptions, graduations parties, etc.
Varied Industries Building
$150 per day
($75 Additional Days)
60’ x 70’ with concrete floor, completely enclosed. Rentable boat, etc. storage during winter months
Livestock Building with Lean-to
$350 per day
($175 Additional Days), Lean-to only $100 ($50 Additional Days)
House for cattle, hogs, sheep and goats for Fair – 60’ x 240’ with concrete floor completely enclosed. Rentable camper, etc. storage during winter months.
Entertainment Plaza
$150 per day
($75 Additional Days)
Used for sponsorship dinner, dances and other events during Fair. 30’ x 90’ with concrete floor, roof and open sides. There is a 40’ by 120’ side yard with fence around.
Concrete Restrooms
$200 per day
Separate Men and women 2 and 3 stall respectively with one shower in each.

Show Ring – Livestock show ring during fair. 80’ x 80’ with sand floor and roof. Bleachers for seating.
