• 10:00am 4-H Horse Show-Performance
• 3:00-4:00pm  4-H Sheep Quiz - Livestock building
• 4:00pm  4-H Livestock Judging Contest at Livestock building
• 5:00 to 8:00pm 4-H Rabbit check-in
• 6:00 - 9:00 pm Static exhibit building opens - 4-H Foundation silent auction begins
• 6:30 pm  4-H Pie Auction - Entertainment Plaza
• 7:00 pm - Announcing The 2011 Dallas County Queen - Entertainment Plaza

  Thursday July 14 th -  ARM BAND DAY - $15 Unlimited rides 5pm to 9pm

• 5:00pm  - 4-H State Fair Pictures for static exhibits at the Community Building
• 5:30pm -Barbecue [For Dallas County 4-H family's only] Sponsored by Dallas County Cattlemen and Pork Council
• 7:00 pm - Bull Riding/Barrel Racing. By the Double S Bull Company at South Arena
• 9:30pmto 1:30 am  Dance to Madd Hoss Jackson Band at the Entertainment Plaza (new/old country and rock)Free dance gate admission (Thursday only)

Friday - July 15 th    Carnival opens at 4:00 PM

• 7:00pm- Figure 8 and Circle Track Races,  FWD-Open-Stock-Hobby and Cruiser Class  at North Track.

Saturday - July 16th  Carnival opens at 1:00 pm

• 10:00am   4-H Clothing style show-center stage
• 10:30am - 4-H Pet Show -Small Animal Building
• 10:30am to 11:30am- Nail Driving Contest at Entertainment Plaza(open to public)
• 11:00am Registration for Dallas County Mud Volleyball Tournament. Located by campgrounds. This is open to the public.
• 11:00am  Draft horses & Mule clinic at South Arena (open to public)
• 12:00- Mud Volleyball starts, south of campgrounds
• 12:30pm-Pedal Tractor Pull at Entertainment Plaza
• 12:30pm  Farm Bureau Watermellon Feed. By Comm Building
• 1:00pm - Cribbage Tournament -- Entertainment Plaza  
• 3:00pm -  4-H Foundation silent auction ends
• 5:00pm - 4-H Poultry show at small animal bldg

         Sunday - July 17th - Carnival opens at 1:00pm Armbands $15 for unlimited rides 3:00pm to 7:00pm
